At Lyra Light Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your celestial lighting fixtures. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space's geometry, we are here to help you navigate the return and refund process smoothly.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and uninstalled.

The item must be in its original packaging (including all internal protective foam, structural boxes, and accessories).

You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:

Submit Your Request: Send an email to support@lyralightco.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Approval: If your return is accepted, our team will send you the detailed return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size/color, or if it doesn't fit your aesthetic preferences, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us via email immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, Lyra Light Co. will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process & Timelines

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

Processing Time: If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
