What is the design philosophy of Lyra Light Co.?
We follow a philosophy of Sculptural Minimalism. Inspired by celestial geometry, our fixtures serve as functional art pieces designed to bring clean, contemporary brilliance into modern spaces.
Where are your products designed?
All lighting fixtures are conceptualized and designed by our creative team at our boutique studio in Autryville, North Carolina.
Are light bulbs included?
To ensure safe transit for fragile components, bulbs are generally not included unless specified on the product page. Our fixtures work with standard US energy-efficient LED bulbs.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship exclusively within the continental United States. We do not ship to US Territories, military bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or P.O. Boxes.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
No. Lyra Light Co. is 100% tax-free. The price you see on the product page is the final price. We cover or waive all state sales taxes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Stripe. We do not accept COD or bank transfers.
4. Returns & Damages
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Check our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package immediately. If it is damaged, email us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will cover 100% of the return shipping and send a free replacement.
How long do refunds take?
Once inspected and approved, your refund is credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
